WDay : Freaky Friday - Bridezilla Mode = ON

Assalammualaikum! 

Hope everyone is doing just fine & ever-ready for the GE. Can't wait to vote. It is my first time ever. Been at the wrong place at the wrong time during previous GE. Not gonna let this chance flies! Its your right people. Go VOTE!

  

I am SUPER STRESS! Arghhhhhhhhh! Felt like screaming to a bucket of water. 

Does it do me any good? Hell NO!

OMG. This wedding thingy is getting me stressed to the max! The only thing that used to stressed me out has always been the JOB. Things changed! 

I think I'm getting that BRIDEZILLA syndrome! I'm becoming a bridezilla. What does that means? Bridezilla means a B2B who focuses so much on the event that she becomes DIFFICULT & OBNOXIOUS! That freaks you out huh? Wait till you get to be in my shoes! Its tiring, stressful & eating you up INSIDE! Think that I'm exaggerating things? Experience it yourself darling. Then you know what I mean. *facepalm*

The most stressful part of this whole thing is the Nikah & Reception dress! I'm not that skinny that I can just simply choose any design. Right? So that stressed the hell out of me. Thinking of 'baju kurung moden' for my nikah. Empire / Princess cut dress for both receptions. But need to think of a nice & great design that would not eat me up and make me looking like a overstuffed pillow! Being a full figured lady has been a challenge to me. The fact that most B2B are skinny, makes me wanna strangle myself. But anyway, that's not gonna happen as I love myself. 

Probably I need to spend more on this dresses (probably a well known designer)! But that's not gonna happen, not in million years! That is when you're on a tight budget and the bank account is getting slimmer than myself! Arghhhhhhhhhhh. 

The outfit color for MA's side is Royal Blue. I'm thinking of the dress & dais color for my side. Even that stressed me out! I'm right now trying so hard to get the chiffon 3D flowers done for my 'bantal hantaran'. This takes lots of work. But anyway, I love what I'm doing. I'm going to do my own veil for nikah! Guess what? I've bought the border lace for it! I'm not that good at it, but trying hard to make things work baby! Need to buy another 2 meter of the net, as that one is quite stiff, not that flowy. Chiffon for veil, perhaps? What say you? I envisioned the placement of those silver lace & the 3D flowers. But I'll put that as a later DIY project. Need to settle with the bantal hantaran first & favours! Its making me wanna puke. Hope its gonna turn out well. Pray for me darling!

Some of the great dresses for nikah & reception. Not sure whether would that fits me well if I choose that design. I don't wanna look like some kind of gorilla escaped from the Zoo! Heh. Its a very bad thing that the bridal of both KL & JB sides asked me to think of the designs! That's absurd baby. i'm no designer. No doubt that I know the simple rule when it comes to dressing appropriately, but its my wedding! I don't wanna ruin my wedding!

CY : Wordless Wednesday

Its totally a WORDLESS Wednesday. 

Why? My Boss bought few scarfs from his Vietnam trip and gave me one. I am speechless. Period!

Don't ask me why its a shocking thing to me. ;) 

May : Yana, you look like a 'Indon Kampung Lady'. 

Demyu May! Anyway the scarfs doesn't suit me that well. As I am not that particular with hijabs. Where people splurge hundreds of RM to buy expensive scarfs! 

Just look at my weird look testing that! Urghhhhhhhhh.

WDay : Door Gift & Stuffs

Assalammualaikum. 

Apa khabar semua? Semoga semuanya sihat walafiat hendaknya. Amin. Lama betul kan CY tak update pasal WDay yang akan datang nanti. Sedar tak sedar tinggal 198 hari je lagi. Apa?!! Terasa cepat pula masa berlalu kan? Yela. Tak kan masa nak tunggu kita pula kan? ;)

La ni memang la CY tersangat la busy! Superbusy uols. Ehiks. The funny thing is that I still try to find some time to post this very entry. Ehehe. Rindu nak merepek dekat blog ni. Yela di kala orang len duk sibuk dengan Twitter, FB & latest neh dengan Keek, CY masih suka dengan blogging. Tapi susah betul nak cari masa nak update! Bukan susah sangat pun, tapi maybe sebab CY neh tak ada gadget yang canggih macam uols! Ehehe. Ada yang nak derma tak? ;)

OK. Berbalik pada tajuk entri kali ni. "Door Gift". Dilema betul la. Apa agaknya yang sesuai untuk DG? Memandangkan Mama CY yang akan finance untuk DG tu, CY ada senang hati sikit la. Tapi dilema sebab Mama neh CEREWET orangnya! Itu la yang jadi masalah pada CY selalunya. CY pun mengaku CY cerewet, tapi Mama punya agak melampau. Ekeke. Semuanya nak PERFECT! Itu yang masalah. Siapa yang taknak perfect kan? Terkadang pihak yang memberikan servis tak jujur & sambil lewa kan? Apa nak buat kan? ;)

CY ada jumpa satu vendor yang supply DG untuk majlis² keraian. Restu Rezeki. Actually anak sedara Abah yang beli DG dari RR neh. Menarik! Kek Marble Oren Pecah 5. Sedap juga la. Kedainya terletak di Shah Alam kalau tak silap. Abah teruja dengan DG yang ni. Sebab kek & kotak yang comel. Kata Abah, senang kalau bagi DG yang ini, sebab tak perlu letak dalam beg sebab kotaknya pun dah cukup cantik! Mama pula tak berapa suka. Mama lebih kepada Bahulu Pecah 8 yang kami dapat masa kenduri jiran seblok. 

Rasa Marble Cake RR ni pun boleh tahan juga la. Harga pun 'boleh tahan' juga! Sebiji kek marble dijual RM 2.00, bersama kotak RM 2.40. Staff CY yang adik perempuannya akan bernikah bulan April 2013 yang akan datang ni pun, mengambil tempahan dengan RR. CY? Masih memikirkan. Sebab keputusan terletak di tangan Mama! Since Mama yang akan mengeluarkan duitnya. Tak gitu? ;)

OK. Satu lagi vendor yang masih dalam pertimbangan CY dan family untuk DG WDay MACY nanti ialah Aisyhana' Cookies & Food Industries. CY dah merasa Bahulu Pecah 8 dari ACFI neh. Sedap juga. Mama suka sangat. Katanya senang sikit bagi bahulu berkotak macam ni, sebab de tali pemegang. Mcm RR tadi kotaknya tiada tali. Itu ciri² yang Mama suka! Selain dari rasa yang sedap. Mama dah ajak untuk ke Rawang untuk lihat vendor yang ini. Itu macam tanda² Mama nak ambil ACFI je? Ehehe. CY tak kisah sebenarnya. Asalkan Mama puas hati & tak end up bising. Kan? ;) Harganya pun boleh tahan juga. Cheaper than RR. Maybe sebab its Bahulu kan? RM 1.30 tanpa kotak, RM 1.90 / 1.80 / 1.70 bergantung pada jenis design & jenis kotak. Walaupun tanpa kotak, bahulu tu sebenarnya dah dibungkus dlm plastic yang agak tebal & di seal kan. Jadi tak masuk angin. Bahulu tahan lama sikit kan? Setahu CY, Marble Kek tahan dalam 5 hari saja. Selalunya orang yang dapat DG akan makan lambat sikit kan? Heh. 

CY sedang memikirkan DG untuk BFFs, keluarga & keluarga MA. Apa yang sesuai ye? ;) Nak something yang lasts long & remind them of our wedding. Tapi hanya untuk keluarga kedua pengantin & kawan² rapat! Apa ek? ;) tapi yang ini, CY akan bayar sendiri. Kalau semua nak Mama yang bayar, pengsan beliau nanti! Ekekekekekeeke. 

Button Badge untuk keluarga & BFFs yang attend WDay nanti, MA dah tolong designkan. Rubber stamp & guest book & invitation card pun sama! Excited betul kan? Tapi tetap kerja no 1 kan? Ha hah ha. 

19.04.13 neh nak naik kereta api ke JB Sentral. Tak sabarrrrrrr. Maklumla tak pernah naik train! ;) tak sabar juga nak try fitting baju untuk makan beradap sebelah MA. Ehehe. Tak sabarrrrrrr nak jumpa my gemok (walaupun CY yang gemokkkkkkkkkkks)! 

Doakan untuk MACY ye? ;) Amin. Semoga preparation kami dipermudahkan dari segala segi. Semoga dimurahkan rezeki CY, MA & keluarga kami untuk memudahkan perjalanan majlis kami. Amin.

MACY : The Opening Act of 2013

Assalammualaikum. 

CY hopes that everyone is doing just fine during this first month of the new year! It is year of the SNAKE. Hissss hissss hissss. According to the Chinese, the Water Snake year symbolizes intelligence, gracefulness & materialism. It is smart how the ancient Chinese characterized years based on the animals. According to Auntie May, this year shall be a great year but anyhow, she is worried of the stock market and the political scene here in Malaysia. She's just right, the upcoming GE13 will be the major changing scene of 2013. May all be safe & good. 

How is the opening act of your 2013? Mine? Been so bad! As my housing area were one of the few places having to deal with the water disruption due to the failure of the Wangsa Maju Syabas's water pump house. It has been a grueling 10 days without a single drop of water coming down the tap. Not a great opening act to start with. 

Glad that there's water supply now. But still being alert of any unannounced water disruption by Syabas. Been so MAD about the fact that such scene has prolonged for few weeks. Sick of waiting for the mobile water tank & queuing up to get the water. It is sad to watch the old couple climbing up the stairs just in order to get a pail of water! I bet I lost 1 / 2 kgs! Dream CY, DREAM! Heh. 

Had a great day out last Sat with Cik Rina. Watching The Impossible while crying thinking if only that happens to us! Are we mentally ready to endure such situation? It is 50-50 to me. Never been in such a situation. Panic, sad, terrified, sick, bloody & effortless at the same time! It is a must watch movie for me. Glad that we watched that! ;)

The CNY is coming! WOW anxiously waiting for the Red AngPow from our Big Boss. Hope there's luck for us this year of Snake to taste the sweetness of our sweat! It has been a tiring 2012 for all of us here in PakYap office.

CNY is coming & MA is coming too! Its no joke. He's coming to KL not for fun. But to spend spend & spend every dime to buy stuffs for the 'hantaran'. I hope that I'm not going to faint thinking that I need to spend quite a lot to buy those stuffs! He's spending, I'm spending too!

Missed him. Missed spending time together.

Guess what? CY won the SuperCun Give Away contest! I'm so hyped! So unsangkarable! Heh. ;) Thanks SuperCun for the RM 50 cash prize. Love!

MACY : 2013 Selamat Tahun Baru!

Assalammualaikum. 

Salam Tahun Baru 2013 untuk semua yg dikenali MA.CY & yg mengenali MA.CY! 

Semoga 2012 yg melabuhkan tirai nya mlm ini meninggalkan kesan yg mampu membuka mata dlm menjadi lebih matang dlm menghadapi segala bentuk ujian Allah SWT. Amin. 

Apa yg CY belajar sepanjang 2012 ni? Yg paling penting, tak perlu terlalu kesiankan org smpi mberikn hutang, yg akhirnya, kita kelihatan seperti peminta sedekah. Akhirnya bila kita tak punya kewangan yg kukuh, si penghutang wat donno je. Semoga diberikan kekuatan utk sabar dgn insan sebegini! Amin. 

Semoga 2013 menjadi tahun yg memberikan sejuta keindahan & pelajaran utk kita semua. Belajarlah menghargai setiap saat bersama insan² di sekeliling kita. Semoga sentiasa diberikan kekuatan oleh Allah SWT utk menghadapi ujianNya. Amin.
